All Sales Are Final
We do not generally offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your transaction.
That being said, we do want you to be happy with your purchase and will do what we can in order to make your purchase a positive experience. We are a creator-owned store, so please understand that we are running everything ourselves and you are not talking to a 3rd party vendor who is simply selling our merchandise - we appreciate you, and we will do what we can to make things right.
Refunds for Missing or Damaged Items
We will provide a replacement or refund only in the following situations:

Damaged Products:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order number. -
Missing Items:
If your package arrives incomplete or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).
